Skyline Trail
This is a 4 mile round trip hike with an 800 foot
elevation gain. Once on top you'll be treated to an
awesome overlook of the San Gabriel Valley, Los
Angeles basin, our locale mountains & on good
clear days, Catalina Island.
Skill Level:
Beginner / Intermediate
When:
Every Tuesday and Thursday
Start Time: 6:00 PM
This 6:00 pm hike is really for people who ether work or live near the
area. We're normally off the mountain by 7:30 pm.
Bring:
Appropriate clothing & proper footwear
(hiking boots, trail runners or cross trainers), & WATER !!!
Always drink plenty of water before any hike.
Wildlife:
On this trail we've ran into Snakes, Bobcats, Coyotes, Owls,
Tarantulas & lot's of Rabbits.
Be aware of your surroundings at all times.
Directions:
60 FWY - exit 7th Ave South, drive for 4 blocks toward the hills,
when you hit the dead end of 7th Ave make a right onto Orange
Grove Ave and drive to the dead end.

Note: This is a quiet residential neighborhood, please lets be
courteous neighbors & keep the noise level down at the trail head.
